Ronald McDonald House® is an independent, nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization that cares for families when they have children who are ill or injured. Through a global network of 250+ independently operated Chapters in 60+ countries and regions, we surround families with the resources, services, and support they need, removing barriers so they can be at the heart of their child’s care and ensure the best possible health outcomes.

The Mission Partnership Team is dedicated to strengthening and supporting an international community of affiliated or national Chapters. They are passionate about managing relationships, building capacity, growing strategically, aligning efforts, and managing risks globally. The Mission Partnership Support Team functions as a service center of all global processes and resources that enable compliance, organizational/Chapter excellence, and program development. The Senior Manager, Mission Partnership Support Team leads this team, stewarding the development of a world-class global resource and support infrastructure while working cross-functionally to enable capacity building of Chapters and ensuring the availability of timely and accurate Chapter and program data for impact reporting, insights, and more.
Main Responsibilities
Enable Compliance
- Lead all aspects of compliance processes related to organizational agreements, standards, Chapter licenses, and RMH policies, including Sub-License Agreements and related actions.
- Lead review and maintenance of the Global Sub-License Agreement.
- Partner with collaborators to ensure consistent review and rollout of Chapter-facing policies and standards.
Enable Organizational Effectiveness - Chapter Excellence
- Lead the Chapter Excellence assessment process globally and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Mission Enablement to develop tools and resources addressing identified gaps.
- Lead all aspects of development of standardized tools, benchmarking, and guideline sharing across Chapters.
- Govern processes supporting Global Action Teams, program development, and facilities and sustainability initiatives.
Cross - Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Research & Insights to ensure data quality, accuracy, and effective use.
- Collaborate with Grants, Development, and Learning & Development teams to support Chapter needs and capability building.
- Build and maintain strategic internal partnerships.
Team Leadership & Management
- Provide strategic leadership to the Mission Partnership Support Team, ensuring global consistency.
- Ensure delivery of tools, resources, and processes that enable efficient operations.
- Own team planning, prioritization, and engagement rhythms.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years' experience in project management, resource development and/or communications
- Recent experience working with the nonprofit sector, preferred
- Ability to navigate, orchestrate, and work through complex issues with a strategic, tactical, and fresh perspective.
- Strong ability to work with multi-disciplined teams and influence consensus-building.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while managing deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Energy and passion for the RMHC mission.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $130,434.00 - $163,042.00 per year.The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.
